Our Process: How We Help Detainees and Their Families

1. Free Case Evaluation Your first step is a free telephone consultation. We’ll help you confirm where your loved one is being held (if you're unsure) and explain your legal options for securing their release and stopping deportation. You’ll also have the chance to ask any urgent questions.

2. Immediate Legal Action If you choose to move forward, we’ll assign a lawyer to make contact or visit your loved one as soon as possible. Once we’ve spoken to them, we’ll report back to you with our findings and recommended next steps.

3. Fighting for Release and Long-Term Stay Our first priority is to fight for your loved one’s release from detention and prevent removal. At the same time, we’ll assess all available options for keeping them in the U.S. legally—whether through asylum, work authorization, or another form of relief.
